Your responsibilities:
- Designing, building, and automating AWS infrastructures using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
- Developing and maintaining advanced CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
- Implementing security, governance, and compliance best practices in AWS environments
- Containerizing and orchestrating services with Docker and Kubernetes
- Monitoring and optimizing system and application performance (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack)
- Collaborating with developers and IT teams to deliver scalable, robust, and cost-efficient solutions
- Managing incident response and troubleshooting for complex cloud-native applications
We look forward to:
- Several years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Software Development
- Deep expertise with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, ECS/EKS, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.)
- Solid background in cloud architecture design, including high availability, fault tolerance, and cost optimization
- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet)
- Confident in using container technologies and Kubernetes cluster management
- Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash, Go, or similar)
- Proven experience in CI/CD automation and release management
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring platforms
- Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- A strong plus: formal proof of AWS architecture knowledge, e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification
