Your responsibilities:

  • Designing, building, and automating AWS infrastructures using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
  • Developing and maintaining advanced CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
  • Implementing security, governance, and compliance best practices in AWS environments
  • Containerizing and orchestrating services with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Monitoring and optimizing system and application performance (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack)
  • Collaborating with developers and IT teams to deliver scalable, robust, and cost-efficient solutions
  • Managing incident response and troubleshooting for complex cloud-native applications

We look forward to:

  • Several years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Software Development
  • Deep expertise with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, ECS/EKS, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.)
  • Solid background in cloud architecture design, including high availability, fault tolerance, and cost optimization
  • Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet)
  • Confident in using container technologies and Kubernetes cluster management
  • Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash, Go, or similar)
  • Proven experience in CI/CD automation and release management
  • Familiarity with observability and monitoring platforms
  • Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • A strong plus: formal proof of AWS architecture knowledge, e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification
